Callouts.
If you are unable to bring your computer to us, or if you are having internet connection problems, we can visit your house or workplace to carry out any necessary repairs. Our professional and courteous technicians can visit you anytime during our normal opening hours, or during weekday evenings.
Our standard callout area covers anywhere within a 20 mile radius of Sheffield City Centre, and we only charge a fixed callout fee - not an hourly rate. In the unlikely event we cannot repair your computer on site we can bring it to our shop to carry out any repairs, and then return your computer to you.
